Title: Jade's Desert
Date: Fall 1995 Size: 11" x 14" Material: Thin Canvas Board Medium: Wet - Acrylic Paint An acrylic painting I did for my 8th grade art class on a piece of used canvas board, circa 1995. The desert landscape can be recognized as one of the backgrounds from the fighting game Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. Not too bad I think, for my first ever painting. Featured in one of the local annual student art shows during that year, which was kinda cool at the time. |

I once had a lemonade stand. I sold the first glass for 50¢, then I sold the second glass for 5$. It contained the antidote.
I think that the desert scene is , by far , one of the best - - if not THE BEST - - backgrounds in the history of MK.
And you've faithfully recreated it here. Very nicely done!!
